E-COMMERCE MANAGER for MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES INDUSTRY/Salary: 50,000 - 70,000/BAGUMBAYAN , QUEZON CITY

JOB DESCRIPTION

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies in all e-commerce

platforms of the company to improve sales, profitability, and market share (i.e.. own webstore via

Shopify, Lazada & Shopee stores). This position will also support the development of e-commerce as a

strategic growth pillar for the company.

 

This role focuses on:

? Developing, implementing, and evaluating E-Commerce strategies to achieve sales targets

? Generating commercial insights and forecast sales from new products and promotions, market

and online trends, platform behavior, and e-store sales data

? Planning and controlling the E-Commerce A&P budget / spending

? Working with internal digital team and vendors on web development, search engine

optimization, and other initiatives

? Managing customer service representatives to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

? Achieving targets for fulfillment, stock weeks cover, slow moving stocks and shrinkage, and

product assortment

? Reviewing performance data, including sales, product offtake, store ratings, customer feedback /

ratings, and activity reports to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal

achievement and overall effectiveness

? Developing good working relationships with other departments to ensure successful execution

of e-commerce plans

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • College degree graduate
  • At least 4-5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in ecommerce platform (Lazada, Shopee) or e- commerce team of retailer or brand
  • With experience of managing a team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, speak fluent English
  • Adequate knowledge of social analytics, online marketing and major marketing channels
  • Able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Flexible in work taskings – may need to OT (with OT pay) for mega events occasionally
  • Must be proactive with good working attitude – not afraid to speak up when you see rooms for improvement, as your opinions will be valued
  • Demonstrate confidence and leadership to work with other teams

 

Php 50,000 to 70,000

Work Schedule: 7:00 – 5:30, Compressed Work Week
