• Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing as Sales and Marketing Manager preferably in Construction setting.
• Full knowledge on all sales segment regarding construction.
• Able to identifying new contacts and developing sales leads.
• Strong people management skills.
• Capable of checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
• Ensures all efforts provide the optimum profit return for the construction services.
• Ability to perform under extreme pressure
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• Can start immediately.
