JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Specialist is mainly responsible for company’s recruiting process and Training efforts. This position will use in-depth experience and expertise of research, marketing, sourcing and project management to support non-technical and technical hiring. Job duties include working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process, contacting potential candidates, scheduling interview, following up during the recruitment process, updating employee records, conducting trainings according to the company employees need and support the daily operations of the HR department proactively.

 

  • Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles need for both Technical and Non-Technical positions.
  • Performing recruitment duties such as conducting In-Depth interviews, evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates. Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
  • In-charge of job offer contract management
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Team to develop effective overall recruitment strategy for the company
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online and in print media.
  • Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
  • Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Prepares daily/weekly reports based on function and need on general HR activities
  • Organizing HR training and events, meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
  • Collaborate with HR Team to determine and implement the Training needs of employees.
  • Effectively implements employee engagement activities that enhance teamwork and productivity in the organization.
  • Maintains and updates the Human Resource Information System, 201 Records management of employees various HR Files and ensures these are kept secured and confidential.
  • Supports HR Team in disseminating and implementation of policies, memorandum, procedures, programs and other announcements to all employees.
  • Proactively identifies gaps and proposes, draft, and implements solutions and coordinates with Admin Department.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of Company Events for employee engagement efforts
  • Open to perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or at least 2+ years of experience working in General Human Resources
  • Preferably with experience in Foreign recruitment (Mandarin Speakers)
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Knowledgeable in terms of navigating different Job posting websites and is resourceful in terms of coming up with sourcing initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements
  • Team Player. Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Must have good Marketing Skills
