JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Commit to the brand standards for franchise compliance and excellence
  • Meet or exceed company sales and profit expectations while maintaining standards in all areas
  • Forecast accurate business trends for store operations
  • Meet or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicator metrics all levels
  • Drive profitability at district and unit levels through direct management of strategic initiatives
  • Maintain budget controls on all operations activities
  • Proactively communicate identifying business and marketing opportunities; implement plans to improve sales, guest count and/or profitability 
  • Constantly monitor the competitive environment and share with others and analyze changing marketing trends
  • Ability to multi task in a high paced functioning environment
  • Search and offer marketable locations for prospect franchisees
  • Ocular or visit the desired location to ensure that it is marketable enough for sales
  • Assist interested franchisee by providing initial information about franchise business, from its content, benefits to business processing
  • Ensure that the franchisees has full knowledge about the company and the franchise packages
  • Attend to franchise opening, if necessary, to ensure that the franchisees felt assisted from the beginning up to actual opening
  • Ensure that the franchisee have good impression with the company, thus having good relationship with the franchisee is a key

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Can handle work pressure
