> Responsible for monthly reporting and annual submission to auditor and government agencies

> Month-end and year-end closing

> Assist in annual budget reporting

> Oversee account reconcilitation and inventory of fixed assets

> Design audit program to review internal process 

> Review of audit findings

> With financial reporting background

> CPA

> At least 5 years in statutory accounting and audit

> At least 3 years in managerial level

> Experience in real estate is a plus
