JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the creation, (art) direction, and execution/posting of content (local or global), in line with global branding (i.e. photos, website, blogs, videos, copies, EDM) to drive customers to physical and online stores. *Include channels in every post
- Maintain a strong online brand voice through social media, with direction from Digital Media Supervisor (includes content curation in line with brand guidelines)
- Identify social media trends and apply them to the process of content creation.
- Liaise with local teams to ensure brand consistency
- Enjoy identifying and engaging influencers to co-create original contents and fun campaigns.
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Assist the Channel Marketing Supervisor in the implementation and execution of channel marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Coordinate and liaise with various mall marketing in promoting the brand
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Great command of English
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role (1 year experience). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Experience/knowledge on content posting and curation.
- Solid computer skills, including Excel, web analytics, and Powerpoint
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude. Entrepreneurial mindset
- Can work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Amenable to work in San Pedro, Laguna
