JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in consultancy projects, documentations, trainings and other activities of the organization in coordination with the Principal Consultant and Consultant/s;
- Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization and its operation;
- Conduct analysis;
- Interview and communicate with Client's employees, management team and departments
- Run focus groups and facilitating workshops;
- Prepare business presentations;
- Conduct site visits as needed;
- Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions;
- Present findings and recommendations to Clients;
- Facilitate implementation of recommendations/solutions and ensure Client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;
- Assist in managing projects and programs;
- Assist in liaising with the Client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
- Prepare and submit identified and required reports as scheduled
- Deliver Project Deliverables in coordination with Client’s process owners on time.
- Adhere to Project master schedules and project deliverables requirements.
- Assist in the development of strategy, structure, management and operations of a Client.
- Assist in the identification of options for the organization and suggest recommendations for change, as well as helping with additional resources to implement solutions as per project requirement.
- Assist in the establishment of standard documentations of client.
