General Job Accountabilities:
Perform DAILY entries for Expenses, Petty Cash and MONTHLY Payroll, including their payment transactions.
Enter DAILY Sales Invoices and Collections, including their payment transactions.
Perform Pre-Finalization Tasks and maintain MONTH END Accounts Schedules and Reconciliation
a. Reconcile clients’ Bank Account and maintain Bank Reconciliation Reports:
b. Reconcile clients’ Cash Control Clearing Account and maintain
Reconciliation Reports
c. Enter Prepaid recurring adjustments to clients Xero Organization and update
and maintain Prepaid Account Detailed Schedule or Summary, if any;
d. Enter Accrual recurring adjustments to clients Xero Organization and update
and maintain Accrual Account Detailed Schedule or Summary, if any;
e. Enter Loan recurring adjustments to clients Xero Organization and update
and maintain Loan Account Detail Schedule or Summary, if any;
f. Register new Fixed Asset Register, enter recurring depreciation adjustments
to clients Xero Organization and update and maintain Fixed Asset Register
and Depreciation Account Detail Schedule or Summary, if any;
g. Reconcile Clients’ Payroll with Advances and Benefits and maintain
Employee Advances and Benefits Account Detail Schedule or Summary,
if any;
h. For other Balance Sheet Accounts like Refundable Deposits, Other
Receivables, Other Payables, and other accounts; and
i. Prepare Monthly Working Papers to be reveiwed by Financial Reporting
Accountants

Candidate must be BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, or BS Accounting Technician
Fresh graduates are welcome
Preference will be given to those who can join immediately
CPA Certification is an advantage but not required
Relative work experience is an advantage but not required
Work Location: Makati, Philippines
Working Times: 11:00AM to 8:00PM
Working Days: Full Day - Monday to Friday; 1 Day per Month - Saturday or Sunday
Reporting to Sr. Accountants
Will be part of the Local Accounting Team that will support Dubai and other overseas online clients
