JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a diverse Distributor Sales Supervisor who will manage the Distributor's Major Customers to achieve sales target, grow the different categories through program execution, and implementation of operational efficiencies. Their responsibilities typically revolve around coordinating, managing schedules, delegating tasks, assessing the performance of the sales workforce, and maintaining records of all transactions. Should there

be any issues or concerns, it is essential to resolve them promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, as a Supervisor, it is vital to lead and encourage the sales personnel to reach goals and deadlines, all while implementing the

company's policies and regulations.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Have at least 3 years of significant experience in an FMCG environment (supervisory role).
  • Adept at using MS Office applications.
  • With excellent planning and interpersonal skills.
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passionate about achieving individual & team objectives.
  • With a wide range of influencing styles.
  • Adaptable, flexible & open to change.
  • A good team player who can also work independently.
  • A self-starter who is prepared to work hard and get things done.
