JOB DESCRIPTION
- Safeguard our intellectual property and rights
- Handle all applications, renewals and monitor any infringement
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Internal preparation, coordination, and safekeeping of all legal documents
- Compliance, renewal, monitoring any IP infringement, variation of applications
- Actively monitor IPO publication for any infringement of IP
- Agreement Review and Preparation
- Conducts legal research and gathers relevant information on cases, disputes, and other labor matters
- Correspond with external counsel, courts, NLRC/DOLE/FDA/IPO
- Coordinate with lawyers for any legal cases or the needs legal advice
- Will be the representative during IPO cases and independently handle cases
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws, Legal Management, Political Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience as Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Any Legal Management Training/ Certification is a plus
- Must know applicable laws, jurisprudence, and other regulations issued by the government.
- Must have a background in handling labor matters, and attending legal cases
- Knowledgeable in Intellectual Property and IP Infringement
- Must be highly organized and details oriented
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace
- Must be confident and can work with minimum supervision
- Amenable to work in Parañaque City in an office-based setup
- Can start immediately
