Accounting Staff

Full-time Work Set Up:
1 - 2 Years of Experienced Manila

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check, verify and process trip budget of drivers
  • Check, verify and process purchase order and request/instruction slip
  • Check, verify and process liquidation for requested advances
  • Encoding of input tax
  • Preparation of vouchers for other payment
  • Preparation of invoices and receipt (encoding and posting)
  • Monitoring of receivables and payables
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation and other reports
  • Render other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Preferably male (but still open for female)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
  • Clear knowledge in bookkeeping and standard accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage large amount of data
  • Strong computer skills especially MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
  • Experience with accounting software will be an advantage (i.e. Quickbook, SAP, Peachtree)
  • Ability to prioritize work
