JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Oversee NetSuite ERP project implementations, enhancement delivery, incident resolution, request fulfillment, integration testing and all other related activities
- Supervise and monitor the timely delivery of requests and resolution of incidents
- Ensure quality gates are defined and follow to ensure the quality of solutions
- Lead process and quality improvements for efficient and effective change implementation production support
- Act as escalation point for NetSuite matters
- Collaborate with other groups for NetSuite activities with impact to other systems and other processes
- Collaborate with and manage stakeholders from different businesses groups (may need to handle delivery of NetSuite enhancement and production support if needed
- Gathering, solutioning, integration, testing and implementation support, data import, process and migration
- Maintain NetSuite updates configure and customize NetSuite based on business requirements
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree Information Technology or any relevant field
- At least three years of experience in Netsuite ERP support implementations, enhancements, customizations integrations and data migration
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Experience in NetSuite financials, billing, order management, fixed assets management, supply chain management and site builder
- Strong understanding of accounting, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reporting processes
- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory processes
- Familiarity with custom record types, fields, forms roles and permission, page layout searches and reports is preferred
- Experience in other erp systems is preferred but not required
- Knowledge in ITIL is preferred knowledge in JavaScript programming language and XML Freemarker is
