JOB DESCRIPTION

Role:

The Bilingual Customer Support Representative validates the compliance of different types of content (e.g. documents, reviews, images videos, etc.) submitted by members/users of an application against a set of moderation rules, approving for publication only of the content consistent with them.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency should be B2 in both written and spoken
  • The Second Language (Spanish) should be C1 written and Spoken.
  • Internet use (navigate on the Internet, searching the information, search engine, email, using an e-mail address, sending and receiving emails, inserting a signature, filter usage, password change)
  • Minimum 1-year expertise in the BPO industry (Contact Center, back-office support, inbound/outbound voice or non-voice account, Content Moderation)
