JOB DESCRIPTION

Your day in Conectys:

  • You will innovate new ways to attract & recruit, develop out of the box sourcing strategies – we love to break things and put them back together
  • You will collaborate and coordinate with various teams and stakeholders (Operations, IT, etc.)
  • You will support Conectys growth by ensuring portfolio growth and supporting new client acquisition
  • You will represent Conectys in front of clients and prospects in relation to Conectys TA operations
  • You will report insights to all relevant stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators
  • You will utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and problem-solve the challenges.

JOB QUALIFICATION

You come with:

  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Min 5 years experience in HR, in minimum 2 different companies, one of which is international.
  • Minimum 2 years of managing the TA line in one of the following contexts: a) Either high recruitment volumes or b) Accelerated growth / organizational change / M&A context
  • Effective communication skills.
