JOB DESCRIPTION
Your day in Conectys:
- Queue Monitoring.
- Agent Monitoring.
- Responsible in assigning work (calls, SM, emails, chat,etc) to agents and ensure.
- Handle complicated reports.
- Provide analysis on staffing and SLAs.
- Reforecast within the day data.
- Shift POC for any WFM-RTA-related concern and provide guidance and consultancy to juniors WFM-RTAs.
JOB QUALIFICATION
You come with:
- A C1 English spoken level and B2 English written level
- At least 1 year of experience in WFM.
- Knows the basic and advanced concepts of Real-Time Management.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
