JOB DESCRIPTION
- To attend to service calls of Rental/OP Account within 2-hours.
- To monitor the performance of the machines assigned to him and recommend necessary actions and solve machines problem within the 24 hour period.
- To visit all accounts assigned to him on a monthly basis in order to check machine performance and customer satisfaction level.
- To do preventive maintenance call (PM) as may be required: check up, parts and drum replacement, calibration, and spot cleaning.
- To prepare and submit accurately required reports: Field Service Report (FSR) with test copies, transportation expense summary, maintenance visits.
- To asses and recommend replacements / upgrading of machines based on the present performance and those that reaches machine life, either based on the number of years in field or the number of copies made.
- To do spare parts sales for outright purchase machines
- To do other task as assigned by management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- With or without experience.
- Attention to details.
- Maintenance, Installation and Troubleshooting of IT equipment /Products.
- Perform maintenance and repair service.
- Must be willing to do a field work
- With own transportation is preferred but not required
- Full-Time position(s) available.
