Engineering Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Product Specialist, directly responsible in handling all technical training of his/her assigned brand and will provide support to all departments of the company in need of technical assistance for his/her designated brand. He/she is accountable for the filing of warranty claims, monitoring, and settlement of the aforementioned claims from the principal.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent course
2. Preferably with at least 1-2 year experience as a product technical support or equivalent
3. Good verbal communication and presentation skills
4. Solutions-oriented, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
5. Have general knowledge of the heavy equipment industry
5. Must be willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
