Responsibilities:
? Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
? Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
? Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
? Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
? Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
? Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
? Keep reports of transactions
? Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue
? Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
? Perform other duties/ tasks assigned by the employer from time to time
Education and Requirements:
? College graduate
? Female ONLY
? Customer service or cashier experience.
? Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
? High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
? Basic math and computer skills.
? Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
? Attention to detail.
? Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
? Pleasing personality/ good-looking.
