Responsible for managing all aspects of staff recruitment and provides a high quality and professional human resource

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Can sustain a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
• Must have sound judgement and great decision-making skills
• Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization
• Competent in MS Office working tools
• Experienced working in the construction industry is an advantage
