JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Can sustain a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Must have sound judgement and great decision-making skills
- Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization
- Competent in MS Office working tools
- Experienced working in the construction industry is an advantage
