JOB DESCRIPTION
- Source potential candidates from various online channels like professional platforms and social media
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates
- Endorse qualified candidates to the requesting entity
- Advertise job openings thru all job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates
- Updating applicant tracking system and resumes databases
- Perform other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
- With 6 months to 1 year experience in Recruitment
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Can work effectively in diverse team
- Persistent, target driven, flexible and can work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office working tools
- Can work under extreme pressure
- Willing to work at Cainta Rizal
