JOB DESCRIPTION

Learning and Organizational Development Associate

  • Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Development
  • OD Associate assists in the design, development, and implementation of pertinent OD intervention,
    policies, and procedure
    s concerning OD projects and initiatives
  • The associate will also be handling an array of clerical jobs to support these initiatives and assist
    and/or manage employee engagement activities assigne

  • The OD Associate is the initial point of contact for all general matters involving OD matters.
    Assists in managing and implementing performance management programs of the Company
  • Responsible for updating, uploading performance appraisals, ensuring all the probationary, project and eligible employees are informed and compliant with the evaluation schedules
  • Conducts Job Analysis in coordination with concerned employees to validate the present and desired job description and specifications
  • Responsible for conducting and assisting requests for OD services (onboarding, off boarding, employee engagement, training and development, labor relations, performance appraisals)
  • Collaborate with employees to understand their learning needs and aspirations.
  • Assist with the logistics of training courses including sourcing training providers
  • Responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis and preparing the Training Plan
  • Responsible for assisting in the implementation of Training Programs and ensuring that all training is
    properly documented.
  • Support the design, delivery and evaluation of training on personnel
  • Collate and record professional training details/records for all employees in a training database
  • Design and manage Learning programs.
    Monitors payments, recording expenses, inventory of supplies, accurate completion of weekly reports, maintaining files
  • To provide HR & OD support, to help managers and staff with logistics, medical, first aid services
    Participate in working groups and attend meetings, as and when required
  • Advise managers and employees on the application and implications of company HR/OD policies and procedures
  • Receives and distributes correspondences as required.

Job Requirement:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human/Organizational Behavior/Medical or any related field pertaining to
    HR/OD
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience in OD, HR, or Talent Management Administrative/secretarial experience required
  • With experience in facilitating training
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Skills with photography, video creation and editing.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint or Google Suites Applications
  • Must be willing to work on site/ Must be willing to report to the office as necessary
