Job Description:
- Install and configure software application on clients.
- Talk to clients over the phone to help set up the application or resolve issues.
- Familiar with any database applications and queries (mysql, oracle, etc.)
- Work continuously on a task until completion.
- Remote support to clients.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as a Technical Support (Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply)
- Can work onsite.
