Conducts leads research for candidate sourcing;

Sourcing of active candidates;

Perform deep web research to find candidates who are not actively looking. (passive candidate sourcing);

Job posting on free and fee based job boards.

Moderating forums;
-
Processing of resumes sourced or received or responses from job postings;

Email, Text blasting or outbound calls for job opening information;

Initial phone screening;
-
Will handle schedule of exams and interviews.
JOB QUALIFICATION

Graduate of any 4-year related courses.

At least 1-2 years experience in sourcing passive and active potential candidates.

Knowledgeable in boolean logic formulation in researching the internet or database.

Has created talent pools via social networking sites, referrals, market mapping, etc.

Can start immediately.
