JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducts leads research for candidate sourcing;

  • Sourcing of active candidates;

  • Perform deep web research to find candidates who are not actively looking. (passive candidate sourcing);

  • Job posting on free and fee based job boards.

  • Moderating forums;

  • Processing of resumes sourced or received or responses from job postings;

  • Email, Text blasting or outbound calls for job opening information;

  • Initial phone screening;

  • Will handle schedule of exams and interviews.

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of any 4-year related courses.

  • At least 1-2 years experience in sourcing passive and active potential candidates.

  • Knowledgeable in boolean logic formulation in researching the internet or database.

  • Has created talent pools via social networking sites, referrals, market mapping, etc.

  • Can start immediately.
