JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounting Assistant

  • Check and prepare cash disbursements (vouchers/check preparations) and cash advance liquidation;

  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors;

  • Preparation for remittances of monthly withholding taxes;

  • Remittance of various BIR reportorial and other government requirements;

  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements;

  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

  • Monitoring of payment of Government statutory requirements;

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Finance related courses

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in general accounting;

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be able to multitask, with keen attention to details and can work under pressure.
