JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Duties:

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitors other agencies’ products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Meets with key clients to negotiate and close deals.
  • Assist marketing officers with maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client
  • Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Writes strategic plans for marketing that will support company goals for the year.
  • Ensures performance delivery of all sales and marketing initiatives to all Business Unit Heads/ Stakeholders
  • Leads and motivates the Marketing team to achieve Department’s monthly KPIs
  • Initiates product or process improvement to increase efficiency
  • Builds strong Marketing team through continuous training and upgrading of staff competencies
  • Attend calibration meetings and act as one of our point person for the international clients assigned to your team.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or equivalent
  • 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently at all levels
  • Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Flexible on working hours (there will be requirements to work in line with European, American or Asian business hours)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Must be amenable to work in 5th avenue, Caloocan City.
