JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implements, maintains anf reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and acurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes and other deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates inclusing new hires,terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control and payroll taxes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Supervisory and leadership skills.
- maintains the maintenance of employee recors
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required.
- Four (4) years of experience in payroll processing required with two years Supervisory or Management role.
