1. Design and oversee all aspects of digital customer interaction including website, email, apps and all social media platforms
2. Developing social media strategies
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to discuss digital marketing strategies to drive traffic/leads, improve and optimize user experience across digital touch-points
4. Analyze, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
5. Manager and monitor team performance
6. Ensure optimization and monitor campaign budgets
7. Ensure all online customer inquiries are attended to, escalated or responded to
8. Identifying the latest trends and technology within the industry.
9. Maintaining customer communications with weekly reports, news articles, and industry guides.
10. Other tasks that the management may assign
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or other related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years related experience in digital marketing from online game/casino industry
3. Knowledge and work experience in marketing or brand management
4. In depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytic
5. Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, social media/content marketing, and paid social media campaigns. Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
6. Full proficiency in one or more digital functions
7. Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
8. Strong understanding of technical language and the use of applications in business
9. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple/competing projects and assignments
10. Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timeliness
