Not your typical appointment setting job! No hard-selling involved. The APPOINTMENT SPECIALISTS for our new/start-up campaign will act as the point of contact between prospective financial advisors and our NYSE multinational client that is engaged in financial advisory and investment management. Reaching out to professional business leads, you will be one of our client brand ambassadors.
IN THIS ONSITE ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Introduce and book meetings with FA prospects for the fund’s wholesalers
• Contact assigned leads via email and phone provided by the client
• Engage with the person in charge or responsible for lead generation
• Be a brand ambassador for the client when conducting outreach
• After each email or call attempt, enter in relevant Action Remark/Result in a database or spreadsheet provided by the client, and as per their Action Remark/Result guidelines.
• Follow the email and phone script provided by the client. After initial success, the agents can make the script more their own to increase successful appointment metrics
• Follow the confirmation and communication protocols set by the client stakeholder responsible for overseeing lead generation and appointment setting
• Meet on a regular basis to review metrics and KPIs.
• Handle additional sales support needs. (time permitting)
• Do whatever it takes to get the job done!
WE’RE LOOKING FOR REALLY GOOD PEOPLE WHO ARE/HAVE:
• At least 1-2 years of customer acquisition experience through solution sales, an inside sales role within a corporate environment (B2B) would be an advantage
• WILLING TO WORK ONSITE and possibly move to a hybrid setup after 3 months of office training and nesting
• Agents with experience handling financial services accounts are highly desirable
• Good command of English (speaking and writing).
• Agent must be comfortable to make outbound calls via digital communication tools and be on the phone over extended periods of time
• Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain agile, and be passionate to achieve KPIs
• Self-motivated and the possession of a strong sales personality to achieve results
• Successful agent must be able to work in accordance with the client’s working schedule regardless of origin country’s national holidays
• At least two years of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
• Seasoned BPO professionals would be at an advantage
