JOB DESCRIPTION

The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial well-being of the organization and helps ensure its continued viability. She/He develops strategies and plans for the organization’s long-term financial objectives, produces financial reports, and directs investment activities.

She/he is responsible for budget planning and supports the executive management team by providing insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

  • Produces financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, accounts receivables, operational expenses, etc.;
  • Collects, reviews, and interprets financial information on-hand;
  • Develops strategies that work to minimize financial risks;
  • Analyses market trends and competitors to predict future financial trends;
  • Analyses data and advise executive management on how to maximize profits and/or identify opportunities for growth/expansion;
  • Ensures that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods comply with applicable standards and government regulation;
  • Manages the team who are responsible for generating revenue, financial reporting, and budgeting;
  • Develops long-term business plans based on the financial reports on-hand.

JOB QUALIFICATION

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of 4 years degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics. A CPA of post-degree in Financial Management is advantageous.
  • Financial field managerial experience of at least 3 years;
  • Competencies include Project/Support Management, Process Management, Presentation and Facilitation Skills, Data Analysis, Customer Servicing, Budgeting/Forecasting, Financial Management Operations, Business Knowledge, Communication, Interpersonal Relationship, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Time Management, and Process Innovation, Leadership, Organizational Skills, Project Management, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Has a rigorous, analytical, creative mind, must be reactive, good listeners and have a team spirit;
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
  • A lifelong learner who is excited to explore digital innovations and transformation models;
  • Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal;
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; and
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
