The Account Executive will help us build our business by pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating with merchants, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
? Exhaustively go after leads and close deals with target merchants
? Position the Talk Innovations platform as an opportunity for businesses to grow their customer base and strengthen their online presence
? Sync with merchant campaigns and promos, and ensure marketing support
? With Customer Service, provide solutions to merchant issues and anticipate their concerns
? Research accounts and diligently comply with the sales/follow-up process
? Attend meetings, sales events and training to be up-to-date with the latest developments
? Other tasks that may be assigned by the manager to achieve the team's goals and deliver results
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in any field
? At least one (1) year experience in a comparable role
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
? Knowledgeable about different sales techniques and pipeline management
? Can start immediately
