Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary Role – Oversees all functions of Sell-out Department.
- ? Store Management
- ? Movement of products
- ? Achieve Sellout Target
- ? Product Strategic Display and Promotion
- ? Promoter Management
- ? Training and development programs for the promoters.
- ? Recruitment and retention of promoters
- ? Incentive & evaluation of promoters
Essential Result-based Duties:
- ? Promoter Efficiency Management
- ? Merchandisers Management
- ? Promoter Training and Motivational Programs
- ? Market Intelligence Analysis
