JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for resolving issues related to troubleshooting of the application and devices used (iPad, tablet, mobile phone, etc.), transaction inquiry, reconciliation, and account flow.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting iOS/Android devices
- Good to excellent communication skills
- At least Highschool Graduate, SHS graduates are also welcome
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- At least 6 months Technical Support Experience
- Must be willing to work at Mandaluyong
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- 23k probationary package, Weekly attendance bonus
- HMO after 1 year of service, Accidental Life Insurance after 6mos
- Monthly performance-based incentive
