JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Registered Nurse

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for the company’s health and safety programs in coordination with Safety

Officer

2. Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.

3. Ensure implementation of all mandated DOLE health policies and programs within the

workplace.

4. Administer prescribed medication and treatment within company’s clinic

5. Responsible for securing and developing all employees’ records, clinic equipment, and

programs related to occupational health services

6. Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within

the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines.

7. Evaluate Pre-Employment Medical Exam results of all applicants in coordination with the

Company Physician prior to deployment.

8. Assist departments with identifying, evaluating, and implementing return to work

options/clearance for workers with restricted work assignment.
