JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• With working experience in a FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY is a MUST.
• Amenable to work in CUPANG, MUNTINLUPA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Plant Manager in the following areas.
• Day to day supervision and administration of the processing and packaging sections to ensure effective production of quality products.
• Enforcement of quality procedures and consistent observance of work instructions.
• Implementation of company policies.
• Coordination with various departments in ensuring on-time delivery.
• Conduct of time and motion studies.
• Simplification of work methods.
