Brief Description:

The human resources (HR) Generalist manage the day-to-day operations of the human resource office of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. HR departments generally handle employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation and benefit preparation and reporting 
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes 
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace 
• Undertake tasks around performance management 
• Responsible in Timekeeping and leaves monitoring
• Prepare and issue company ID to employees
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, scan all employee documents and upload to HRIS for reference
• Prepare Number of Days
• Prepare Notice to Explain to employees who were late for the consecutive days in accordance to the employee handbook
• Prepare, monitor, and assist HMO application to issuance
• Release Cash Payroll
• Assist HR Engagement in all HR activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Assist Paralegal for any legal transaction
• Prepare quitclaim and last pay of employees
• Print and prepare Certificate of Employment
