1) Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of employee timekeeping, payroll and compensation and benefits
2) Responsible for balanced accounts and resolution of payroll discrepancies
3) Generate payroll reports from payroll system from payroll to benefits, remittances, contributions, loans and deductions (SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, BIR)
4) Document and process employee movement accordingly, from regularization to enrollment to regular employee benefits' program (HMO, etc.) to issuance of COEs to end of contract/termination/resignation
5) Process tax and annualization of income of employees
6) Custodian of 201 files and other confidential HR and Admin documents
7) Able to respond immediately to employee and Management queries on issues and concerns about payroll and benefits
8) Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all employee related payroll and compensation and benefits data
9) Perform other HR and Admin duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior or the Management
