Duties and Responsibility:

• Conducts final review of candidates' qualifications and requirements prior to deployment
• Schedule new employees for pre-deployment orientation
• Monitors new, active and inactive members per client and submits periodic report to the Members Records thru the ASM (maybe himself).
• Receives and prepares deductions summary such as uniforms, variances, losses and advances of members for submission to Accounting.

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Earned a Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology or any business related course
• At least 1 year of experience on client & employee relations management
• Knowledge in using MS Application
• Good communication skills
