1) Ensure timely, efficient and accurate timekeeping and payroll entries and computation
2) Prepare and distribute payslips on time
3) Generate payroll reports from payroll system, payroll registers, summaries of earnngs, taxes, deductions, leaves and non-taxable wages
4) Process tax and income annualization
5) Preparation of monthly collection list for remitance and posting of statury contributions, deductions, loans (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, BIR)
6) Preparation of monthly advice for government remittances
7) Preparation of the Alphalist
8) Responsible for the preparation and filing of income tax return of all employees, ensuring data accuracy of all submission to the Bureau of Internal Revenue rules and regulations
9) Management of employee 201 files
10) Provide assistance in screening applicants and to the company in organizing events
11) Perform other related HR duties from time to time as maybe assigned by the immediate superior or the management
