Job Description:
The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for managing marketing activities in social media, graphic artwork, and all other campaigns of the company’s internal and external clients. As the main point of contact for many clients, they are in the business of customer service and may be involved in upselling and cross-selling products and services. Directly reports to Brand and Marketing and closely works with Graphic Artists and Social Media Moderators.
He/She is a sales and marketing expert whose primary responsibilities are ensuring client satisfaction and can collaborate with multiple accounts.
