Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Agriculture related course
- At least one (1) year of experience in people management
Skills and Knowledge:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Can balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff
- Supervise subordinate staff and direct their daily activities
- Follows health and safety requirements in production and assists in the implementation of company policies
- Ensure smooth production process flow
- Oversee the production output meets the required standards, specifications
- Handle clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision

As a result, the company has able to provide a high quality of planting tools to our local farmers. With the use of the high rate of harvest from Liquid Fertilizers, its technology and research can bring sustainable harvest to the farming community. Along with this advancement that Gemini Agri Farm Solutions Corp has brought to the industry, the company has imparted the Filipino Farmers with the proper management support, agricultural advice and crop management guidance.
Organic farming is also encouraged by Gemini Agri Farm Solutions Corp. In 2021, the company has also ventured in the production of Organic Fertilizers. It aims to distribute and provide quality and economic crop production to local farmers.
Through the years, the company through its sub-companies has continuously supported and guided the agricultural industry though the different government agencies.
