Role and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement regional agronomic marketing plans.

2. Organize trial programs for customers/ farmers to determine the best method of improving crop production

3. Implement the field trials and commercial demos of Foliar Fertilizers products on target crops (Rice, Corn and Vegetable)

4. Gather trial data, photos and testimonies of farmer cooperators

5. Assist in the conduct of technical competency training in his territories.

6. To support business growth through expansion of product portfolio.

7. Support the business development activities and assist on addressing technical, Concern

8. Submit monthly reports and up-to-date data base monitoring of Demo Farms

9. Develop and implement agronomic plans to support customer and maintain maximum production.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Degree holder in Agriculture or any relevant position

• At least one (1) year of experience in fertilizer company

• Willing to be assigned to field

• Has Driver’s license
