JOB SUMMARY:
Application Support Analyst is responsible to identify and resolve the application
issues, in accordance to the organization’s application support procedures. The
Support Analyst shall assist the Application Support Manager in the coordination
of developing potential application enhancements with the stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS
1. Identify and resolve issues with software applications, following the agreed
procedures
2. Create documentation of troubleshooting activities and resolutions
3. Assist in preparing periodic issue management report
4. Lead a small team of application programmers for application support
activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer
Science and equivalent
Experience :
1. 1-3 years’ experience in software development
2. Knowledge in Ticketing Support Services
3. Knowledge in ITIL Process
Technical / Professional Skills (any two or more of the ff)
1. Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server
2. SQL
3. Java
4. API
5. Linux
6. MySQL
Non-Technical / Soft Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English
