JOB DESCRIPTION
- HANDLES ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES OF THE COMPANY
- Assists in the designing and managing company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, performance management, career development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
- Supports organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programmers to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization.
- Reviews all processes of organization development that plans, communicates, and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization.
- Provides coaching, facilitation, team development, whole systems analysis, process reengineering and organization development services in consultation with executive leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the organization’s strategic plans.
- Handles all company strategic planning initiatives
- MAINTAINS UPDATED ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES AND DESIGN
- Conducts dialogue with Business Unit Heads to ensure optimal and effective organizational structure
- Ensures Company Organizational Structure is accurate and up to date.
- Revised Organizational Structure on a timely manner
- MANAGES PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE ORGANIZATION
- Ensures complete submission of Quarterly Performance Evaluations
- Consolidation of all submitted Performance Evaluations and Performance Improvement Plans from HR Site Leads
- Creation of reports of Performance Evaluation submission
- Analysis of submitted Performance Evaluation
- Coordination and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans
- Reach out to BU Heads concerns with staff performance deficiencies
- PROMOTES CULTURE & VALUES / TEAM EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ORGANIZATION
- Identifies, creates and monitors the Culture Awareness Programs that will supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Implements programs that will promote company values and culture
- Measures awareness programs and creates data analytics
WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Minimum of 3 years experience in organizational development.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology or any related discipline.
- Has strong understanding of HR policies, practices and statutory regulations.
- Has knowledge of industry trends and/or programs.
- Proficient in MS Office.
