JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Directly working with customers
  • Reach out to customers and offer products, services, solutions, and discounts, company news, and any form of proactive communication.
  • Record account information.
  • Have a certain number of calls/emails that you must hit everyday to hit your goals.
  • Call leads provided by the Lead Generation Team.
  • Generate leads
  • Keeping records of leads interaction to improve team performance.
  • Keeping records of transactions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up with lead interactions through email, chat, call, sms
  • Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with prospective customers.

Job Requirements 

  • Good working laptop/desktop with stable internet connection.
  • 1+ years of experience in the field of sales specific to marketing or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling.
  • Ability to converse with and influence senior leaders in companies.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Experience with Amadeus software is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Clickup, Trello, Google Drive, Google Documents, Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines.
