1. Administer compensation and benefits plan
2. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process
3. Provide support to employees in various HR related such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
4. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
5. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
6. Undertake tasks around performance management
7. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
8. Gather and analyze data with useful metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
9. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
10. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
11. Ensure compliance with labor regulations
12. Conduct or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
13. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
14. Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occuplational health and safety, training and development
15. Handles employee-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors refering complex and or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
16. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
17. Creating on boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
18. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
19. Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
20. Perform other duties that may require from time to time
