JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Investigating financial transaction and records on a daily basis
2. Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices
3. Maintaining and preparing the budget
4. Process invoice and payables
5. Making payment to various service providers
6. Managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws
7. Evaluating internal controls systems and providing necessary suggestions
8. Preparing financial reports and presenting it to the higher management
9. Validate various monthly/annual BIR filings
10. Validate/monitor Alphalist Data entry
11. Liase and represent the company regarding BIR Inquiry/LOA requirements
12. Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual ITR
13. Validate and prepare requirements for BIR application/closing
14. Coordinate with external auditor on the review of yearend financial statements
15. Monitor company compliance with laws and regulations, such as licensing with local municipality and BIR
16. Liases between company and regulatory authorities to make sure that we meet all the necessary regularization
17. Proper filing of all business permits
18. Identify and manage regulatory risk
19. Perform other duties as may be required from time to time
20. Must have a degree in Commerce, Accounting or Banking and Finance
21. At least 4 years experience relating to Accounting, business compliance, BIR transactions, taxation, audit, etc. CPA and advantage but not required
22. Ability to lead and manage direct reports
23. Trust worthy and with proven integrity
