Key Responsibilities
The Software Bridge Developer must take the lead role in developing and maintaining systems of our
clients based in Japan.
Communicate with the client and the client's key business units and key process managers.
Understanding and gathering the client's business needs to build solutions, support maintenance, and
drive improvement
Provide expertise on technical specifications, development, and testing
Provide expertise on technical consultations
Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team of developers

Job Requirements
• Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 3-5 years development experience and in the same position
• Extensive experience in Web Development using Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS,
Bootstrap, HTML/CSS
• In-depth understanding of relational database (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) concepts
• In-depth understanding of Structural Programming concepts
• Strong logical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Considerable knowledge of ITIL and ITSM concepts
• Considerable development experience with systems for IT Service Management, Customer
Service Management, or Human Resource Service Delivery
• Plus, to have development experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Plus, to be ServiceNow certified (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HR)
• Proficiency in Japanese language (at least N3)
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
