Responsibilities:
? Is responsible for monitoring the quality of transactions processed by the
recruiters through predefined sampling process.
? Based on the sample – a quality score is given to the recruiter and the operations
manager. Often makes use of the client defined KPIs and metrics for ensuring
quality assurance.
Duties:
? Daily monitoring of transactions as per the client’s goals and expectations and
report out the outcome.
? Generates daily evaluation reports and daily communications to process owners,
leaders etc., follows up on action plans to problems/issues identified.
? Gaps identified to be communication to right forums and initiate fresher training if
required and evaluate knowledge gained through assessments.
Minimum Requirements:
? At least 3 years of experience as a HR quality Analyst in an RPO environment
or related processes.
? Excellent interpersonal, presentation and oral/written communication skills
? In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite, including very strong PowerPoint,
Excel and Word skills
? Bachelor’s degree
