The f&b attendant works at resorts, eateries, or pubs and is responsible for collecting bookings, welcoming clients, placing orders, delivering dishes, and clearing tables. They should be capable of dealing with consumer concerns as well as specific requests. They do a range of tasks that are similar to those done by the stewardess, server, and room guys. They greet visitors with a smile and provide comfortable seating, resolve any concerns, and accept orders placed. Their main purpose is to keep clients happy. When a customer walks into a cafe, they will be the first individual they notice. They are in charge of providing information about certain menu options. They provide food and beverages to each seat. They fill drinking glasses, ask guests if they want refreshments, and double-check that the order is correct. They may also be required to wipe the table to be ready for new customers.
