Duties & responsibilities:
-With atleast 6months to 1 year of experience.
-Analytical and time-management skills
-Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
-Screen and select applicants based on the specified qualifications.
-Invite applicants for interview schedule.
-Conduct initial interview
-Administers Applicant Tracking System, updating applicant status accurately and timely.
-Keep track of recruiting metrics
-Research and choose job advertising options
-Oversees the application process and pre-employment requirements including ensuring applicants understand job descriptions, maintaining all applications.
